Saw a comment Crystal C made to you about two weeks ago regarding Zoo Atlanta’s female panda Po/Bao Lan being named after “Po” in the movie “Kung Fu Panda,” because she was mistaken as male till she was 4, and that her male-female twins born in 2019 are the heaviest twins ever born on record. Well, these two super cuties are her chubby twins that broke all-time record. 😂 I think you replied that mom “must be very healthy.” Their names are Bao Ge and Bao Mei. They just turned 3 last month. So cute.

@@henrykuo6530 yes I shall look up their videos and Atlanta must be feeding them well... record breaking cubs I got the impression that usually one is bigger even by as much as 2x it's twin?? Lol 😆🤣 the mistaken gender of cub is unusual but for some species it's very hard to tell particularly hyena...

@@alexadey3413 I just shared a video of male panda Pu Pu with you, hope you got it. He was misidentified as female till he was around 4-5. 😂 Jin Hu’s former keeper had wanted to pair them up, and then the keeper had to “break the devastating news” to Jin Hu when she found out. 😂😂 Course, it was a joke that she tried to find him a girlfriend the whole time (he’s not chosen to breed). She and the other keepers were always teasing Jin Hu of being a bachelor. That former keeper just did it again on a recent birthday video of Jin Hu, making fun of him for being single. 🤣 Edit: please LMK if you got the video.

@@alexadey3413 a lot of people watching panda videos like to make up rumors and spread them. They started a rumor about Mei Lan getting into the breeding program this year, which’s totally false because mating season is in spring and she’d be taken off display months before breeding season even started. Even now, if she comes into estrus late and they wanna breed her, you wouldn’t see her out in public for a long time. There’s no such thing as allowing Jin Hu to breed. That’s why he’s been at a zoo since he was 2-3. He just turned 12. They don’t wait till a panda’s that age if it’s to participate in breeding. Majority of the pandas aren’t picked to breed and sent off to zoos for life. It’s all about their genealogy. A panda needs to be valuable to the genetic pool to be chosen.

If you do not mind I have a question to ask Panda care staff, normally these babies panda are born in the month of? Is it yearly is approximately that particular month? It seems that they grow up together almost the more or less 1 or 2 months differences only. Your reply is most appreciated. thanks. 👌🥰🥰🥰

Pandas are typically born in the summer through early autumn, as they mate in spring. These two are twins born on July 6, 2019.

其实我想他们在这里建频道的初衷是想方便港台的粉丝看的吧，如果是为了方便外国粉丝，那么应该有英文字幕才对，可是并没有，反而是用繁体字幕，我想跟很多大陆的up主想法一样的吧，觉得在这边应该比较不会吸引到简体字的粉丝，所以都会自动换成繁体字，为了方便港台的粉丝看的
