For those who need in english detailed breakdown Almond cookies Ingredients: 70g softened butter (room temperature, submerge butter in a bowl with warm water for 5 to 10min)- important to use room temp butter or not cookie will be flat in oven- 30g icing sugar 1/8 tsp salt 40g All Purpose Flour( I used all purpose flour here instead) 50g Potato Starch( can subsitute for corn starch) 30g Almond Powder 20pcs Almonds ~I didnt use custard powder~ Preparation: 1. Add salt in bowl 2. Add icing sugar 3. Add butter to icing sugar - use hand mixer on low speed to beat butter and sugar firstly, switch to high speed when butter is being incorporated with the sugar 4. Add almond powder 5. Add all purpose flour/low protein flour 6. Add potato starch/corn starch 7. Cookie batter should be sticky, place batter onto cling wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes 8. Cut dough into small circular even shape, add almond pieces on top 9. Place cookie dough on baking tray with parchment paper/baking paper. 10. Preheat oven at 160 degree celsius, bake for 15 minutes with top and bottom heat
