Great video, Osamah, as usual! I agree that XFMC stands at the top of the list of freeware plugins. Those new to X-Plane might be interested to know that XFMC can also be used to create and insert flight plans directly into the default Garmin GNS 430/530, complete with SIDS and STARS (which can be a big time saver). Some notable runners up, IMHO, include: Airport Navigator XChecklist Frequency Helper e-bag 124thATC In terms of tools, I would say hands down is X-Organizer. This tool has save me countless hours during testing and troubleshooting.

X-life is a good plugin. I own it, and paid for it back in the day. But be aware that it only work with airports that have taxi routes bind to the Airport you wish to land at and fly out of. Go in with your eyes wide open. For my home airport KWJF, I had to create my taxi routes with WED but once I did that, it works great. Bare in mind, it takes in some cases a lot of time in creating those routes and making them work right. "You don't build them in 5 minutes". My experience as of this post X-Plane- b15, I get crashes to desk top and have confined from my testing that it is related to X-life. But don't be discouraged, once XP 11 goes final and the Devs for the product update it, you should be good to go. I like it I could go on and on back I think I bored you all enough. I would have said that the Zimbo Mod (with the built-in ASDG flight model) for the default 737 in X-Plane 11 is much better than the EADT x737...however that is only for X-Plane 11, of course. Nice video!

Reshade will consume FPS. The actual hit will depend largely on your setup.

Okay. So you convinced me to take the plung to kill my XP 10, and buy XP 11.Two things I'm curious about. First, in xp10 I could right click my mouse, and have free moving view. This does not work in my xp11. So how are you moving your view around so easily? Second, how can you put xp11 into window view, instead of full screen view? It makes it very tough to follow tutorials, and make changes when it is in full screen mode. Thanks for all your help.

Sounds like some kind of problem with your install. X-Plane 11 uses the same right-click method of moving the view around. Thanks for this video. Your other videos have been very helpful as I've been trying to move to X Plane 11 from P3D. I have a quick question for you. How did you get your night lighting on your ground textures to go out so far? Is there a LOD setting somewhere I don't know about?

In X-Plane 11 this is already enabled. The Extended DSF feature is turned on by default. For the night lighting, I am using a modified version of the default lights which I covered in a previous video. The file is available on the xplane org, but let me know if you can't find it.

Moving shadow is not a bug. It is the reflection of the cloud on the ground relative to the camera position. It is actually very realistic.

Please help me! I also have the A350 and updated it so it is compatible to X-PLANE 11. But when I load it, the engines doesn't work, so they are off. The primary flight displays aren't working and on the head panel there are many errors. It's the only Aircraft I bought yet and it's very annoying that it doesn't work?

Hi Philip, please use the updater which is available in your A350 aircraft folder to update the aircraft to the latest version. If you don't see the updater, please go to the org store and redownload your aircraft. I had the same issue, but the latest version is working fine.

I have World Traffic 2.0 and to be honest I barely used it. I'm waiting for version 3 that is supposed to be easier and faster to set up.

WT2 is a good plugin, but unfortunately it taxes the FPS a lot and quite complex to set up.

Too bad RTH seems to be discontinued. Or maybe some plugins from Xplane 10 have become obsolet? At least Blu-Fx still works. (Btw. I love the realistic Bluish for cloudy weathers). And some other plugins I like.
