So does the A321LR/XLR have more fuel Than the regular? Cause mine for XP11 all come with 7:23 of fuel no matter CFM or XLR, and I’d like to fly long haul with it like MXP-EWR.

Make sure you actually load the NEO variant, and if you did, make sure in the Toliss menu, to select the amount of ACT tanks you would like. Increasing the amount of ACT tanks, increases the maximum amount of fuel.

Why does the aileron’s not go up on landing in the toliss 321?

It depends if you have the "Florence Kit" installed. Its an option in the ISCS Menu called Ailerons as GND Spoilers. Not all Aircraft are equipped with the Florence Kit.
