This time I went to Yurakucho in Tokyo for a photo walk.

The brighter the better. I recommend f2.

夜に祭りで人などに写真を撮たい場合は、たぶんレンズはそんなに良くないかな。例えば、XF35ｍｍ1.4はのほうがいいですが、選ぶのが難しい～

そうですね。このレンズは暗くて夜使うのには向いていないでした。軽いのは良いんですけど。

Seems like that f2.8 didn't bother much at low light

i've always thought to myself F2.8 would be bare minimum to get decent low light shots, depending on what settings you use.
