Hey Al, that’s a very interesting RC motorcycle. It seems that when the model is running in a straight line, looks great, seems that the learning is in the steering and the self righting processes? Not got a motorcycle, but very interested. When the motorcycle is on its side, it looks like you were applying power to get the gyro to enable, am I right that you needed to flick a little opposite steering to turn into the circular motion and get the motor cycle to right itself, then quickly catch this and continue? It also looked as if the gyro was correcting, but that was causing your reflexes to respond, which seem to make the model slightly ‘twitchy’. I am intrigued 🧐🤔🧐😎It looks amazing 😊😊, best wishes to you and the family 🖐️😉😎

Well John, while it is is going straight, no problem. Fore it being on it's side really don't need the gyro to get it back on two wheels, just need to get it going to where it can right itself or where you can hear the side bars coming off the ground, then you can give it a little steering in the opposite direction to continue. The gyro does correct the steering, I may have to turn down the steering rate down so I can really respond to exactly what the motorcycle is doing (keep my hand on the steering wheel) I think this is going to be a good thing for me, breaking a few bad habits. John, thank you for watching and for the wonderful comment. Take care and best wishes to you and your family.

Awesome bike Al. Kind of classic RC motorcycling but it can right up itself, that's impressive.. Well done.👍

Hi Dirk, if it's wheel can get some grip while on it's side then yes, you and get it back on 2wheels,

Steep learning curve. You’re picking it up pretty quickly. Nice.

Hello Trey, I used one battery pack just to learn to turn this RC inside the house. Lots of banging into the walls and other items 🤣🤣🤣it's not perfect. Thanks for watching and for the comment, take care and best wishes to you and the family.

Looks like a nice unit but definitely a learning curve! Great presentation Al!👍😊

Thanks, Jeremy. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch the video and for the great comment. The learning curve is steering. Going straight really isn't an issue counter steering another challenge. The eyes and brain see where it wants to go, and the hands have to learn a different pattern of steering (if that makes sense). Take care and best wishes to you and the family.

Looking good Al! You said it best, a real learning curve but once you get it, those bikes are some serious fun.

Hey ReadySet, it would be great to get out to a open commuter lot and really work on driving. Set up some cones (figure 8's little slalom) things like that. Straight line driving with speed is good but learning to drive is a lot better, then upgrade. Thanks for stopping by to watch and for the awesome comment, take care and stay safe.

Hey ReadySet, I hope you are not gone from the RC community, really miss your video's

good vid you figured that out quick bud

Hello Mattsimashauser, thanks for stopping by to watch the video and for the great comment. I used one battery inside just learning how to steer. The straightforward movement is not a problem. One more time in the driveway, with a little more speed. Then, some cones for figure 8, slalom, tighter turns. Control is what I'm trying to learn. Take care and stay safe out there.

😂 definitely a lot of learning curves . I'm sure soon enough you will have it sussed out . Definitely not a easy thing to control at first. Take care Al and have a good day

Hi Fonzie, it is a different type of driving. I will be out as much as I can to learn how to drive this one smoothly, and hopefully it will help me break some of my bad habits (releasing the steering wheel) when driving. Thanks for watching and for the awesome comment. Take care, stay safe and have a wonderful week.

For being a small battery this thing rips . Looks like a fun little bike . Hope you’re doing well Al

I didn't get a chance to really open it up, just learning the driving characteristics of it. Next video we will see what it can do.

Cool looking bike and it does look a bit harder to drive than the pro-moto but there is a ton more tech in the pro-moto! This is the old school gyro set-up. Overall you did really well with it for a first run. Kind of a good thing you had issues with the first body so you can have a true runner body and then that really nice one for the shelf! I have one of the Kyosho street bikes I bought well over a year ago and I have yet to build it as I know I am going to tear it all up trying to drive it! LOL! Take care Al and have a wonderful week!

Hi Addam, I remembered running the your Promoto and was thinking, that I did want a Promoto and a street bike. The XRider series is probably the only street bike you can still purchase so I took a chance. I have seen a few videos of people running the XRider CX3 10th scale motorcycle and they made it look like it was easy to drive. In the house I realized that I release the control steering wheel a lot when driving, so it was a little frustrating, but once I kept my hand on the steering wheel it was a little more easier to control. I have the Kyosho street bike on order and looking forward to building it and seeing the difference between it (no gyro) and the XRider Mars. Thanks for watching Addam, and for the wonderful comment. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.

I dunno about these, but I can say gray and I got a chance to drive the Losi dirt bike last year with 3s power and it was insanely fast and a ton of fun.

Hey Thad, I appreciate you watching and for leaving a comment, I wasn't to sure about this myself, but after reading the manual and looking at the exploded view, this is a well put together RC motorcycle. Yes old fashion gyro but it works for this size. Promoto is a blast to drive and on 3s it is another animal.

Hello G9RCCar, thanks for watching, I think it is a awesome motorcycle. Not as easy as some make it look, true learning curve. Thanks for the comment, take care and stay safe.
