Perfect balance is Xshot Longshot spring and maybe a bit shorter barrel you did here. I also think the rear plunger stop will break down with that much force of a k25. Thanks for this tho

Yeah we all have different ideas for what the perfect look for the fury is, some want a pump kit with a stock, some want it as small as possible, all are great ideas and the blasters cheap enough to get multiples of! Thanks for the comment and hope to see you in future videos

Great build. Thanks for taking the time to post this. Looking forward to your crono test. Quite agree with you on having a butt stock. Pity X-fox doesn't supply to the UK. Keep up your great work....👍

Thanks for the comment! I agree with your statement, its also a big loss for him since there's alot of people that aren't USA based, althought Mr leedle lee has done a free hardware kit for the fury here's the link just copy and paste without spaces! printables. com /model/1156682-x-shot-fury-x-rifle-bodykit Thanks for watching hope to see you again in future!

Thanks for the great mod guide. I managed to find a couple of 14+ full power ones today from B&M and the difference to the 8+ Longshot I have is amazing. I have found out from UKnerfwar that the old Nerf Longshot has the same spring so, any of those spring upgrades should also fit the Longshot and therefore the Fury though I have yet to try my myself. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comment! Yes all the x shot longshot springs fit, some may be slightly longer but will work fine, UKnerfwar is a great place to go, I was sponsored by them for the XLS with a plunger tube for testing way back when the XLS dropped and it worked amazingly. Hope to see you around in future uploads!

CAN I USE Seagull 310mm threaded barrel Worker. THANKS
@MrFreefonix4205 күн бұрын
If you do some cutting and bring it down to the same size and also cut the threads off it would work, since these barrels don't use threading, if its a good inner diameter for your environment then I'd say go ahead with the chopping!

How did you get the talon claw spring to work? I swapped one in and when priming the blaster locks when priming. Also, where do I find a upgraded Xshot Longshot spring?
@MrFreefonix4203 күн бұрын
Did you remove the ratchet system? I removed mine i found i could prime it , but it was too much for the blaster after firing the blaster more since the video, it has issues catching. its why I also reccomended and put in the description the k25 that can be cut to the right length, both springs are the same diameter and are supposed to be comparable in weight in the prime, in my chrono video I'll be showing the catch issue, and I also have an upgrade that may fix the issue of it not catching, also you can find the upgrade longshot springs on UKnerfwar but I have found the k25 works the best on the longshot too if you have an upgraded metal plunger tube

@MrFreefonix420 what size longshot spring? He is sold out of the 10kg one
@fiveoclokfoam2473 күн бұрын
@MrFreefonix420 speaking of cut k25...should the flat end of cut k25 go in first facing towards the plunger tube, I've always wondered this with my XSLS.
@MrFreefonix4203 күн бұрын
I think he does an 8kg one too, but they seem to work as is and don't need to be cut and I've found putting the flat end towards the catch and pump grip assembly helps keep the prime smooth and also that way it doesn't damage anything, I also filed down the cut end on my springs and square them a little so they aren't as sharp

Great video but the amount of times you say and um yeah lol. I did 10 coils of k25 and im waiting on my collet for the barrel swap.
@MrFreefonix4206 күн бұрын
Thanks and I know I do notice that, and I find myself scanning my brain for anything else to add and since I usually cover things well I find myself just saying yeah lol and honestly the collet isn't worth doing it takes 30 seconds and a knife to scrape the inner diameter out, that's the beauty of modding

Lol well you live and you learn as they say, I would reccomend buying some basic tools and try modding before you buy a drop in part , the feeling you get when you've put something together with your own hands is unmatched to just buying a drop in part
@kurtiskeys4835 күн бұрын
@@MrFreefonix420 i have tools lol and i mod just some times its way easier to do the drop in mod.
@MrFreefonix4205 күн бұрын
Oh my bad! There's been a surge of new modders since the fury dropped, sorry I assumed you were apart of it, agreed it's much easier sometimes buying a drop in part instead, like the pump grip that Xfox designed, its possible to cut some peices of wood or metal and make your own setup but it's gonna take way more time and effort, for some people modding isn't in the question due to not having readily available materials, or just not having the hand skill to mod, so a drop in part can be a save in that instance

Where chronograph at? Numbers can't just magically appear without being backed up.

@legoliker1 as mentioned In the video the chrono numbers will be done in a separate video this is just a guide on getting to that point.
