はじめまして、当方DNT31後期AT車ですが本日この動画を参考にして作業してみました。 一応元整備士ですがディーラーではおおよそやらない様な手順で目から鱗でした。 今回の手順でしたら無駄なショートパーツも出ないので経済的と言えるかもしれません。 動画を撮りながら約2時間で作業終了しました。 今後も動画を参考にさせて頂きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

There will come a time when the shaft boots need to be replaced even for vehicles with a short mileage. Once you experience it, you will be more efficient next time. It will save you time and money

何時も拝啓させて頂き参考にしております。 そしてこの度、右側のドライブシャフトブーツを交換しました。 抜く時よりも入れる時の方が中々入らず木材を使いたたいて入れました。昨日30キロほど走行しておりましたら速度が40〜60キロでぶるぶる感が有りました。そして帰宅後に右側のドライブシャフト、ホイールまでもが凄く熱く触れないほどの状態でした。もう夜だったのでバラしてはおりません。 こんな状況は経験してないと思われますが何か組み間違いが有ったのでしょうか？

先端のベアリングを組み付け、グリスがしっかりと充填されていれば問題ないかと思われます。 発熱はブレーキによるものなのか、ドライブシャフトからなのかの判断は難しいですね。 ハブナットやその他のボルトナットの締め忘れがないかもう一度確認してみてください。

いつも拝見してます。分かりやすい説明と手際がとても参考になっています。ご質問ですが、先日4インチリフトアップを施工しましたが、現在履いているタイヤ235/70r16ですが、タイヤハウス内前後に干渉します。私よりも大きいタイヤを履いてると思いますが、干渉対策はどの様にされていますか？また私の場合今よりも大きいタイヤに変更予定でして、タイヤハウスカバーの加工も考えています。その際のハウスカバーの外し方を簡単で良いので教えてください。恐らく私と同じ様に加工を考えている方はいらっしゃると思います。よろしくお願いします。

私は245/70R16のタイヤなので外径は750mm。このタイヤの大きさでも干渉しないのは、スプリングを変更して更に30mmほど上げているからです。 ハンドルを切った時は、前後とも5mmほど隙間が空いています。 タイヤハウスカバーはトルクスのビスを緩めたりクリップなどを外せば脱着できます。 ビスは下にも付いています。 バンパーの端っこのビスを緩めると、結構フリーに出来ますが、そのためにはモールを外す必要があります。 モールは引っ張れば外れますが、モール裏のクリップが収まっている部分がとても軟弱な為、割れるかもしれません。 ヘッドライトの外し方の動画で1:20付近が参考になるかもしれません。 m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/h6fWlaSlqMaioqs

お世話になってます。 延びに延びて、シャフトブーツ交換をしようかと思っております。 動画を何度も見てシミュレーションしております。 ドライブシャフトをハウジングにはめ戻すところで、はめるのが大変そうな印象ですが、実際にはどうなのでしょうか?

動画のように簡単に行えるかは人それぞれですね。うまく出来ない事もあるでしょう。 シャフトを元に戻す時は木製のハンマーなどで叩けば入ります。 シャフトを真っ直ぐにした状態で叩くのが良いですが、サスペンションが邪魔になるかと思われます。 確実に行うのであれば、サスペンションは外した方が良いでしょう。 サスペンション上部は3本のボルトで固定されていますが。 ワイパーと下のカバーを外す必要があります。 下の動画の５分から見ていただければ、サスペンション固定ボルトの場所が分かります。 kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKDNXmWmbbWLb6M

@@HeadwayDrive こんにちは。ブーツ交換に挑戦しました。が、シャフトをハウジングからこじって抜くのが上手くできず、とりあえず退散しました。力ずくでやる以外に何かコツとか対処方法がありますか?

@@fulloflove9858 シャフトのベアリング部が抜けないのは、ハウジングの内側をポンチ等を打ち込んで歪ませているからですが、車両の個体差により抜けにくいかと思われます。 長めのマイナスドライバーを炙って少し曲げ、テコの原理でこじると抜けます。 ハウジングごと抜いて、安定した場所でこじる方法もありますが、ミッションオイルが出てくるのと、シャフトシールに傷がつく可能性があるのでお勧めしません。 シャフトを回転させながらあらゆる方向からこじってみてください。

Thanks this is very helping! I have question about the rattle on my T31, mine is MT version, petrol engine MR20DE. When I rev the engine between 700 to 1200rp there is rattle noise on the engine bay, however above 1200rpm the rattle disappearing. It happen on all gear from 1 to 6. However it doesn't happen on Neutral position. What could be the problem? will it be on clutch?

@ Second first , I used to have that kind of noise on my Nissan Xtrail T31 petrol engine, and I came to notice that it was engine mount breaks, kindly check the engine mounts on the engine bay if it's Bush has broken then it causes vibration with the body when you accelerate, when you replace it the problem finish, although there may be other causes, try checking on this first.

@@secondfirstsecond first it was left I replaced and then it came to break on the right and I changed, normally it depends on the nature of your engine mount, if it has the bush which can be replaced by buying the new one and pressing at the machine it is ok but for my side I bought the new engine mount and fixed. But check first to ensure it is the one that causes the sound.

Does the sound disappear when set to neutral when the sound is sounding while driving? Is it the sound from the mission side?

@@HeadwayDrive There is no sound on Neutral. It sound only when I accelerate between 700-1200 rpm when gear engaged. However the sound disappear above 1200rpm. I didn't check yet the source of sound, but I can hear that it was loud on the right side (my car is RH version). I didn't have time yet to work on it, but anyone's idea is very welcomed.
