I got mine the other day, and Love it. However I'm using the other front grill that came with it. I think they put it in there because a Decepticon logo sticker will apply much better on that flat surface. that's where Long Haul has his in the cartoon!!

Xtransbot is just as good as Fanstoys, especially when u just sit them on shelves. I'm confused about all the downs talking on Xtransbot

Not everyone just puts them on a shelf… a static figure is just as good as a transforming one if you’re only going to put it on a shelf. The problem comes when you’re articulating or transforming it and it literally falls apart in your hand. XTB have got a lot better in recent years but they had a long streak of badly QCd figures and a bad reputation is harder to lose than it is to gain unfortunately.

Yeah, they have a history of bad QC issues. They are not as good as FansToys. I think they can be if they put more into their figures. Thankfully, this figure really shows that they have the ability, when they want to.

Glad to hear you singing the praises for this one. I was holding off but now it's on the way. Might just be me, but I'm getting some Magic Square engineering vibes from this release. I mean that as a positive, looks solid in both modes. Transformation looks involved but not crazy or frustrating. Like you said, I hope they keep the quality high on these. Excellent review.

I had preordered X-Transbots Scavenger when it went up initially for pre-order, but once I saw FansToys was doing Constructicons, I cancelled it. Now I'm rethinking my decision. I'm sure XTB will be done WAY before FT.

Yeah I am in on both but I was planning on selling xtb. I was really only getting them to review but I don't know now. They will definitely be done before lol. FT needs to finish the other 2.

Im so glad Longhaul is shorter than Megatron. Thats my problem with Deformation Space Starscream and Fanstoys Soundwave, I want my decepticons to be varied in size! Not all the same height

I think most companies use the sunbow scale and get close to it. Soundwave is just about as tall as Megatron, but Starscream is a little shorter than both. Xtransbots usually get the scale right. They are spot on with this bot.

@@inflewence thats true, I know Soundwave is almost as tall as him, just wish he was just a liiiiitle bit shorter. Really happy Xtransbots is stickin to Sunbow's scale :)

Good looking bot. I’m currently using thin the Jinbao oversized gravity builder with upgrade kit 2.0. It’s way better than people realize. I may have to upgrade. Waiting to see what fanstoys will do. I wish these companies would focus on other combiners that we need at masterpiece scale. Too bad zeta isn’t doing their thing anymore.

Good review thank you. I just ordered the toy version but I really wanted the toon version cause that head and visor really are striking. However I had some credit that I didn’t use and also the toy version is $30 cheaper so I hope the toy version works out as well. Cheers

@@inflewence MX-22 Commander Stack was my intro into XTB. That one kinda sent the bar for me in growing my collection with that company even though I’m also a FT collector. Can’t wait to see the rest of devastator to come out from XTB. I’m really curious to see what mixmaster will look like since it’s the last bot without any preview photos. Great work on the video though.. 💯
