Honestly there have been very few figures that just nail it. Runman, Willis, Allen, Gutter and Sphinx all for me were just the perfect figure and representation of the character for me and this can definitely be added to the list of must haves for me. Great review as always!

I say that x- transbots for a great homage to the IDW with that greatsword, and also, that tiny galvatron is also another great homage that I really appreciate. The transformation looks a bit difficult with all those panels, but that end result looks glorious, and also that scene on the end with tailgate riding cyclonus in jet mode looks so cute. And once again thanks for another phenomenal review

Thinking now, whenever an mp cyclonus does actually happen, i would love for them to include an idw face option, or even make an idw version of him later on down the road, just kind of a neat option i would say.

The great thing here is, if Takara eventually do Cyclonus, you can keep this one on the shelf as "that other guy who was in the movie for all of five seconds". Butm if I find one for a good price, I've long had an idea of a custom display where MP Thundywarp (I'm never sure which one it is) is being reformatted into Cyclonus/ that other guy. I honestly thought this one had already come out, and I'd almost completely forgotten about him. Looks like a good figure. Thanks for the review.

Huh.... so this is essentially the Universe/Reveal The Shield/Battle in Space figure, just blown up and made more complex. I definitely approve, that figure's transformation is a good base to build upon.

NickonAquaMagna Not quite; this does something with the jet mode's back end that the G1 version did and the Classics mold was unfortunately unable to do: have a smooth, uninterrupted look to it. The Classics one is a gap laden mess in jet mode, worse than Hot Rod.

John Evans Eh. It's easy for me to just tell myself that it's a space vehicle and the legs are a second pair of thrusters, but I get what you mean. I was referring to things like the extremely compressed fuselage hiding inside his back. That's pretty clever.

NickonAquaMagna Yeah, that's true. This seems to do it a little bit more like the MP Seekers, from the look of it, with the jet nose just visible on his back...even if you gotta view him from the side to see it.

It's Skywarp and Bombshell who became the Cyclonus mold. And in my opinion it was Skywarp who actually remained as Cyclonus throughout Season 3 & 4, with some aspects of Bombshell hidden within

I really like the enginering of transformation, the solid it looks in both modes, and especially the fact he has a cabin for carrying a little Galvatron inside if him, but I finally chose the KO copy of the Fantoys version of cyclonus because he looks like more thin, and slim, in especial the air fighter mode, but I really would have enjoy he also could have had a cabin for carrying a little Galvatron ... it would have been awsome ...

Ben, may I ask: I heard on the TFW2005 board that there are big problems pegging in the backpack/canopy piece into place. Even going so far that parts are getting sever stressmarks and parts popping off. Yours doesn´t seem to have that problem whatsoever, but you do have a cut there. Did you encounter problems? I also own it and just because bombshell was in front of skywarp doesn't mean anything, it's more likely that they both did seeing as how Cyclonus has unwavering loyalty to Galvatron just like Skywarp did with Megatron, he's also rather intelligent, too intelligent for an insecticon

Daniel Pritchard Bombshell was in the fore ground and skywarp was in the background. when they transformed the one in the background flew off. IT WAS BOMBSHELL.
