Hello! I want to draw your attention to the error in the installation of antennas, which is shown at 1:00. Bulges on the antenna should be mounted in the middle of the helmet ;)

Hi Jarek, thanks for your comment.. i do not fully understand your point.. !? -- On our newest X.COM3 the antennas belong in the forehead area like shown at 1:00 - the system and the Antennas are developed like this. As you may know CARBON reacts like a sponge when it comes to BT signals so you wanna keep the antenna as far away from Carbon as possible.

My X WED 3's cheek pads don't have the orange channel shown in the video. My cheek pad on the comm unit side won't securely latch. I've been wrestling with it for about an hour and even contacted Revzilla, where I bought it. They didn't know what to say, except to contact you, Nexx. Do you have replacement cheek pads that have the channel for the comm wires to pass through available?

Just installed the normal (not Pro) version of this today. Its really easy to install and fits nicely. But the sound quality is absolutely terrible. I did not know that it is possible to get this crappy sound quality out of speakers nowdays. The quality is something you got from Walkman 40 years ago, absolute rubbish. Might work for occasional phone calls but not for listening music. No experience with the Pro version with harman cardon speakers, so cannot compare but DONT BUY THE NORMAL VERSION or you will be disappointed.

Dear Mr. SmashRider, Since the X.R3R is a helmet created for peak performance, we removed the compatibility with our branded bluetooth intercom. However, since we knew some people would use it in their daily rides, we kept the speaker cavities and cable management system in the helmet. With this in mind we can say that the X.R3R is not compatible with our X-COM3 but it is compatible with most universal intercoms from brands like sena, cardo or midlands. @user-ct2cs6ux3g unfortunatley, the adaptation of the older system (X-COM2), to the new X.WED3 is not possible. You can use either our new X-COM 3 or the X-COM 3 PRO versions along other Universal systems. Thank you!🙏

In the user manual, the location of the microphone appears to be at the bottom near the mouth, but in this video it is at the top, on the forehead. Why?

Hello Mr, In the page 13, the full helmet illustration shows the microphone and the antenna near the chin area of the helmet, but all other images show the forehead zone. With this said, this was a small error in the manual that we will try to fix as fast as possible. Thank for your feedback.

Yes, it placed in the forehead, however, the micro present in the X-COM3 is a condenser microphone so you do not have to worry about the voice caption.

Regarding both intercoms, the X.COM2 has Bluetooth 4.1, FM RADIO with Radio frequency: 76 ~ 108MHz and memory for 10 preset stations while the X.COM 3 has Bluetooth 5.1, FM radio tuner with station memory, compatible with iPhone and Android, IP65 and waterproof and dustproof.
