From the same people that made the incredibly obscure Legend of Ne Zha, and was something that RTL II never even bothered with to buy the rights to it and have anyone at Arts of Toyco sing the theme song to it, Good. Perhaps they thought that Ne Zha flopped so hard, they decided to leave this cartoon in the dust and never let anyone in Germany, including me, know about it.
