Sun Wukong and Nezha were literally my childhood heroes. When I was a kid, I flipped my shiz when I saw Nezha fighting Sun Wukong in Journey to the West. *dramatic inspirational music plays in background* That..was the very first time I had fangirled in my young life, and I knew from that moment on that I would pursue a career in fangirlary...XD But seriously though, I'm not kidding, when I saw that fight scene I screeched so loudly that my mom came out of her room to make sure that I was ok and not dying or something.

I was obsessed with NeZha as a kid like when we went to China my grandma bought me the CDs, and she even made me NeZha's weapon things and I was so obsessed but as a small child I was conflicted I thought NeZha was a girl because of the earrings but my mom said he was a boy. Good times.

I found it! After more than a decade! I used to watch this when I was young, too. It was - get this - dubbed for Greek television, but pretty badly. Ne Zha went from a boy to a girl, at some point, I think, and the dubbing was awful. Still loved it. Thanks so much! This brings me so back.

I remember watching this when I was six, and my largest memories of it was the fact that a small child killed a dragon, ripped it's guts out, used for something (can't remember) and then killed himself when the dragon king threatened to kill everyone. also, the main character's dad looked kind of like the evil emperor... good times

This theme song always makes me think of Attack No. 1, but the original Japanese opening. And also, by looking at it and listening to it, I really wonder of why RTL II would ever license something so obscure, that nobody in Germany, including me, even remembers. I never knew about it either until I looked it up somewhere through a list of songs that Arts of Toyco produced. And upon looking videos of it, I feel very speechless that nobody in Germany remembers it, given the fact that this cartoon was not hyped very much, and it only aired like once and was never ever seen again (Much like the ever-infamous Star Wars Holiday Special!). Not to mention (unlike the aforementioned Holiday Special), there are no videos of the German dub whatsoever with the exception of the opening song that can still be found on KZbin. This gives the impression that this cartoon still remains as one of the most incredibly obscure cartoons of all time, and that nobody in Germany would ever know about it, let alone, even see it, which always makes me question of why RTL II would even bother with something that will not be remembered by anyone.

I do remember the Nezha cartoon. I used to watch the German anime and it me helped with learning German language. (I'm Czech btw.) I watched RTL II mainly because of One Piece and Naruto but I watched other anime/cartoons in Pokito block, too. Once I saw a Nezha episode on summer vacation in Spain! I couldn't speak Spanish at all at this time. Not that I'm good at Spanish now. I can still remember the words of the opening. LOL. ...Bist du ein kleiner Held? Ist dein Mut grenzenlos? Rettest du unsere Welt?...

So, it was also in Spain, but on which channel? I'm so curious. As far as I know, it got an hungarian dub, which had no videos of it whatsoever, and that's pretty much it. No Spanish, no Italian, no French, and certainly no English dub whatsoever.
