I’m having the same issue but we’ve never used detergent. The filter is still blue and looks new but the water isn’t going down. I put a straw on the outside and sucked water through the line but I don’t think the pump is pulling water down the system. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

Ecovscs cleaning solution is very light....if that one available can use but not alot...a little bit ok...but straight way detergent or detol etc. can not use

how to clean the inside the water system piping inside the box... like flow in this tank. because notice that the box i felt is smelly towards the tank tho haha. that is why i google and come into here.

My ecovac doesn't connect to hoke wifi, earlier it used to connect work, i bought it from China and the model is X1 Omni, can you please help what is wrong. I haven't changed anything and have done all the troubleshooting i can.

If you purchase from china direct then you need to select china main land from reign..make sure you are using 2.4G wifi... because 5G won't support ecovacs

Sire take out clean tank remove its rubber seal, wash & dry with any cloth then gently fix it back.. don't Press too hard..plz follow the up & down side when put back.. hopefully will solve the issue

Thanks for your videos. It’s really helpful. My DX5G 2.5 years old deebot is getting stopped while app is still showing 50% charged. It works again after charging but stops again after around 50% charging left. It doesn’t say my battery is low. Do you think it’s battery or motherboard issue?

Hello Sir, i have an Ecovac 950 ozmo, which stops abruptly after 20-25 mins, it doesn't turn on until it's connected to the docking station. The battery gets charged to 100% no issues with that. I can share video. Kindly let me know

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 The Deebot abruptly halts its operation (complete power off) without issuing any voice message or error. In the Ecovac mobile app, it displays as offline, indicating a complete shutdown. To reactivate it, I need to reconnect the Deebot to the power dock station, and only then does it power on again.

Another recent problem, the X1 is not finding the charging station correctly. Sometimes it did not manage to go home and it used to find it all the time. 😅
