thank you very much for this tutorial! It didn't solve my issue completely tho, there were debris in the channel that connects the LEFT hole (bigger hole) of the dirty water tank to the sink. You just want to apply pressure with a siringe or a long tube and using your lungs to let the debris pop out. Now it works like a charm!! Make sure you don't apply pressure to the little hole, right hole, because it seems to be directly connected to the pump. Hope this helps users and techincians too :)

I was about to suggest the same thing with the syringe. Mine was exactly this issue. Debris from soap, scum and Cat food was also in there. But the suction helped too :)

I had the same problem. I install a rubber oring seal at the base of the original seal for the dirty water tank. Since this improve, I never face the problem again. thanks for your videos for all the deebots. Evrytime is really useful 👍👍👍

In the video you removed two rubber ports and explained to not push down to hard when reinstalling but what purpose does the right most port have? The left one is the path for dirty water to exit the sink so why and for what reason is there a port on the right side?

There's only one possible answer: it's an overflow protection. It'll likely redirect dirty water into the fresh water tank.

Station opening is quite complicated.. many wires & pipe at the back... Sometimes just in assemble they fix wrong pipe wrong side some time solenoid valve need to replace sometimes wster pump issues...take time to test

Hi! Youre videos are really helpful. I have a problem where my X1 turbo is automatically activating sink cleaning over and over again and i have not pressed any buttons or done anything through the app. The deebot leaves the station and then water comes into the sink, it drains itself and then the deebot goes back in and then it does it until the clean tank is empty and the dirty tank is full. Do you know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated 👍

Weirdly, I put the child lock on and that temporarily solved the problem as I think that the station was automatically pressing the buttons, but now the child lock is deactivating by itself too!

Ok plz power off the station, if plastic not yet removed from station touch screen button then plz remove it & use any alcohol tissue paper & wipe that touch screen panel & same tissue paper can use to wipe in the sink area left & right side sink sensors Mattel plates.normally it solves the issue but if still same then might be the touch screen panel or motherboard issue. there's a strip attached that touch screen panel to motherboard maybe damadge or loose. Can check that part as well

Need to Open the whole station then at the back got pump n solenoid Valve. Need to test which one is fUlty.. It take time.. Long process dear

Actually Omni X1 or turbo station takes time to open & fix it back... video will be quite lengthy...once Free then only can do that..

Dirty water tank need to replace...if you feel that there's some suction noise but water not returning to tank means just dirty water tank need to replace

Why not create the rubber gaskets so they don’t have that room at the bottom to slip down? This thing tells me the water tank is full every time it goes back to wash the pads. Its doing my tits in

​@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 I don't think that's true.. you can give the company the feedback many times the this is a major issue that's causing endless very expensive returns because of a extremely easy design fix not happening.. Sending a little rubber ring or gasket to go under that piece to keep it from sitting down completely or designing a new replacement rubber piece that's taller fixes the issue.. Show them the solution to the problem. Show them how big the problem is. Save them money on returns and repairs. You get promoted or a bonus etc. Everyone wins

Or the hose is full of scum and blocked like mine was. Once unblocked, it works like a charm again :)
