X32 Training Input Sends Modes Pre/Post EQ Pre/Post Fader

I have a problem with the x32 of my church and it’s that when I put a singer coming out from their in ear-monitor on prefader it doesn’t allow me to have control over that singer fader plus it gets pretty loud.

Thank you for this instruction. When I plugged in my iPad to an Aux in, the sound output is distorted. The output sounds like it's missing the main vocal. Can you help?

With any channel send setting before "Post Fader", in most cases that would be "Pre Fader". Didn't you wach the video?
