Cao Mao - The last emperor of Wei who held actual power, and one of the few people who had enough watermelon-sized balls to stand up against the Sima terrorists. He's only depicted like a pitiful imbecile in the Dynasty Warriors series because of Koei's rampant fangirlism over Sima Zhao.

In Dynasty Warriors 7, he wasn’t portrayed as a fool. In fact, in the first cutscene, he comes across as a total badass, reminding me a lot of Cao Pi.
