This was the best reference as a white belt and I still come back to it as a blue belt. Also gotta love how Xande effortlessly sweeps Olga the world champion on her head at 20:20. Serious skills.

All the philosophy is clear, back to the basics for an effective guard. There are positions that I was searching technical solutions for long time without finding and this video give me the answer thanks to Xande and thanks to Jiu jitsu Muse. Great video really make change in my game.

I think this is great knowledge.. but sometimes I wonder at what point is it that it crosses the line between jiu jitsu as a sport to jiu jitsu as a real life self defense system..
