in the third question, the 'inputs from the family' is significant in strengthening the argument in favour of option 4 bcz Mrs. Biswas had spent 31 years in the constructionn dept. of Gujarat govt.

The same parking lot problem as first caselet was with my university campus too, and the whoever the administrator was that time made the decision with same concept as well as second solution of this caselet .

For the first question, Only 2 battery operated vehicle in the campus will cause inconvenience to elderly people and toddlers and this means all the other vehicles will be out side campus. Instead pooling the vehicles, which can accommodate more elderly + toddlers + all staff and students will be more convenient for all stakeholders. I am confused with this option.

Exactly, this is what I marked for. But, I think that is where the term exigency comes into the role, it specifically means that "ANY URGENT DEMAND/NEED", so that any elderly/toddlers need to go out the campus can use those, and pooled vehicles means anyone can use to go outside of campus. Because XAT has given the answer as B.
