I love how the guest say even six weeks or six months he know really would balance him but what he gained in just a short time prepared him to return home to his battle waiting. He was real humble and I love he wants to ground young people in his field to release whats holding them and give themselves over to the discipline of the Shaolin way.

Cool! Two wishes, and a comment... 🙏I wish the sound volume (of the Master's mike) would be higher. He has a very nice low-pitch, which I think the mike doesn't pick up. Well, I now have a decent phone, and sort of solved this problem, by hand-synchronizing my phone with my pc screen, so that I can hear what's going on. Before this, I had to do 2-3 passes of the same video. 🙏 I wish my volunteering for Temple work would be accepted this year. It will be the 2nd of my annual "Apply to the Temple" tradition, which I started last year. I'm a sticher and a mender, among other things, and I already spotted two things I could do there. That armchair, and the Master's brown jacket that he wouldn't throw away. Please take me in as a general handyman. I'll stich things, cut pasta, plant veggies, repair electrics, stack wood, and generally have a good time. This is my only means to visit the Temple. 🙏 Comment: 19:00 Young people having the mindset but not the get-go: I'm 65 years old, very tech-aware, and pretty disciplined, but this new phone beeps. I mean beeps! I haven't tried to find out how to shut it off, and I'm not sure if I want to. I mean, as an example, now that I've put my wish up there (the 2nd one), I'll be waiting for a beep. Maybe someone says "OK come over!"🙏 Now, I can imagine all those young people waiting for those beeps, and living for those beeps. Hey! Maybe Xatar makes a song about "waiting for a beep". I wish everyone a good day. 🪡

Dear Masters without shifty eyes, I am able to speak with authority of fire. Many years ago, I had a stop at the bus station in Indianapolis, IN. Amidst a thousand or so people, a (Korean) Buddhist Monk stopped in front of me and expressed a full bow. It surprised me and I just smiled 😊. I knew why. When I returned to the bus, he was sitting in the seat I had occupied. Years later, a Native told me I had a flame shooting out of the top of my head. I asked, does everybody? He said no, just you. It feels like it starts in the pit of my belly. It has to shoot out ( or else I might blow up). Greetings 🔥

The interior world and the exterior world is needing balance and the experience of it; I have had both good & bad in my life, I as a woman have even had to endure living among other gender of their ideals and their demands and mindset, but I feel a person, not a gender.. I a flesh and I have two legs and I have language and ears, and deal with other humans.. eat and function the same. I have the same body structure in veins and nerves and organs; So the obstacles and the adversity, the downfalls, and the rigidity is for me as I learn of these arts of masters something I must also as a mother to a son can also explain and decode and expand as a being living and experiencing love or hurt, fear and lack, to stand firm and to find strength-! It is a certain mission or a purpose to withstand opposition we are capable of much more than we believe..

I thank you for this testimony, I thank Master Shi Heng Yi, I thank the other Master, I thank the Shaolin Monastery, I thank Xatar. Even though Xatar's energy was still very much taken up by his past, by his experience, I felt a lot of calm and tranquility. This is the energy that came to me from this video. I can see beyond the surface and my life mission is imbued with this aspect. Helping people to regain intimate contact with their body, from inside to the outside and vice versa, resolving small pathologies, regaining physical form, rediscovering a lost relationship with their body. Gestalten? Etwas unangemessen. Dieser Tempel ist da, um Menschen mental zu leveln und zu verbinden. Englisch ist die Weltsprache Nr.1 und das Publikum ist international.

Dann lies dich in den Buddhismus ein, dann wirst du eventuell zu anderen Ansichten kommen was die Art angeht, wie du über Menschen denkst. Für die Sprache im generellen, ist es ja jetzt auch kein Geheimnis, dass Shi Heng Yi seine Videos einer größeren Masse präsentieren möchte und da bietet sich englisch mehr an als deutsch.
