hi, i am unsure of the tensing of stomach , are you also tensing your fists at same time, also are you tensing whole body, legs etc with belly muscles?

Both fun and challenging! This practice has been building up my stamina and leg strength. I was able to jog further than I’ve ever jogged around the lake. Thank you again for this offering. I see that I’m transforming quickly.

I should've listened to this yesterday! So I came across these practices a few days ago. And tried them. But yesterday I wanted to practice further so I practiced the Ba Duan Jing about an hour before I slept. I'm new. So I practiced first using Master Leung's video then Master Shi Heng Yi's. Then followed my nightly ritual and went to bed. Hoping to sleep. But I could feel my palms and feet soles. Like they were on fire! Yeah, I had to drink Camomille tea to get some shut eye!

This Oriental music tends to..‘confine’..these practices to a far off exotic atmosphere, we all have the same anatomy wether you’re from Iceland, the UK, Thailand, India or anywhere else, this isn’t just for sandal wearing lental munchers, I try to pay attention to him, but this far off business is irrelevant as we all have the same bodies essentially
