The argument that Vitor isn't ready doesn't make sense, during the season he was once substituted in conservative games and he scored 2 goals, but after the red card he disappeared and clearly the boy was gaining some confidence but now we'll never know how things were gonna turn out coz Xavi never gave him minutes afterwards. And if Xavi is really teaching Roque he would give him 10 minutes every now and then to assess his progress. Favoritism is affecting our team and we have to call it out, Cancelo had two consecutive disaster performances against psg and madrid, but he's not dropped and there's nothing wrong with that unless other players don't get the same treatment.

Why Andre Curry said what he said about the Roque situation, that was just fueling the fake news. Roque's agent must know something. Id agree with Xavi didn't want Roque in right now, because he prepared all the videos in advance to let him know what is expected from him and more importantly he learns from Lewa, considering his age we don't know when he is going to be leaving (certainly next season so, it doesnt make any sense to sent him on loan) and even if he is going this summer, Roque has been here for just 6 months. His game is Brazil-like or south american (physical) which is not the case with la liga. Here, he can't go with all that physicality as in South america specially in perez and tebASS league. No one can compare, Yamal/Ansu or any other player from la masia who have been drilled in with all the concepts. Xavi is protecting Roque like any other player but, most there was some miscommunication because Curry's words doesn't fit. Board is taking all the shit which Xavi throws at them he is not pep or Ancelotti who knows how to manage he got lucky last year with good defensive performance and bad luck of real. The board have no back bone they don't know where they are going and what they are doing if you can ask anyone of the board member how do you see this team in 5 year they will have no idea. Look at real how they slowly integrated young players day by day and lower the minutes of aging players and the young players are the team and old ones are the subs. In Barca we will squeeze everything form same player thill he can no longer give or he is injured and we will look at bench with young players who have no confidence because we didn't let them play. I had a great respect for xevi as a player but as a manager.. i think he is in delusion that he can create the same La Masia team with all Spanish players and call himself pep which he is clearly not he only wants Spanish or players who are from la masia and no one else. I love this club and i have loved this club since the Times of Ronaldinho. I feel so hurt to say this but this club will not reach those heights again until we give this club time because we need a proper rebuild and it is a shame because we Barca fans want a manager who will come to the club and wins us la liga in 1 or 2 season and take us to the cl quarter and we are satisfied. Why has Xavi played Ferran and given him all the chances when he was not playing well? Xavi does not like him period. Those he sent out were not good enough. Ansu was not good enough because of injuries. So don't compare. Roque was brought in as a striker not a winger. Laporta will regret keeping Xavi.

While i can understand some of the points made the dont make the most sense when put under scrutiny. South Americans especially Brazilians are definitely gonna be reluctant to come here in the future both near and far not just because of vitor but also because of malcolm Sure vitor didn't plan yesterday because of injury....what about the month of games before that Does the agent want money? Obviously its a job at the end of the day however the claim that A actual cell isn't better then a loan is crazy to me since we don't have the best record with loans, the majority of the players you send out on loan tend to end up in a worse situation than they had going in most recent example being ansu He wants to save vitor from losing confidence. Im sure that's true however not playing at all has the exact same effect as playing poorly so ultimately he's not saving anyone from confidence loss and needs media scrutiny. Vitor Roque made an impact when he was given good minutes. YOUR BIAS and one dimensional POV is showing. I’m not surprised, you told us in one of your earlier videos that you will defend Xavi regardless, so no point in speculating about it. Some of your arguments in this video contradicted a lot of your former arguments. And XAVI does have favoritism. Whether it is bias towards Spanish players or not is yet to be seen, but One thing is clear, XAVI’s ego is hurting the club and its growth. Whether people accept that or not. He did a great job since he took over but he also caused some damage- for example, sticking with a player who was never loyal to the club in Dembele- a player that ended leaving mid season and handicapping the club in the process which is one of the biggest reasons why the club took steps backwards instead of forward cause Xavi couldn’t see beyond Dembele. Any other manager, whether a rookie manager or a veteran would’ve known to be prepared for Dembele’s inevitable departure.

Let me tell you something about Xavi Hernandez you don't know, 1. He is a lazy coach that lack how to handle big team 2. He had ambition to coach Spanish team in the future that's why he's gathering Spanish players 3. He doesn't have spine, he fears a lot, he scared of Barcelona Spanish academy parents because of abuse and insult they will pass on him for not using there son's so, he is not a good leader, he loves to favour some than others and that makes him fail this season..
