It's because the timer only goes down when the owners aren't rendering the structures so if they're offline or on a diff map

I think the thing about Rafts are because they are considered “creatures” and turrets on tames target the raft, I believe you can just lower foundations into the raft to prevent turrets from shooting the raft itself

Turrets target rafts like they're a dino now. You need to sink the foundations on the raft to protect it 100% so the turrets dont shoot it.
