I really really love the 2nd Gen xB. They have a few things like a body kit and spoiler that just really makes it work for me. The base model ones without anything in them are kinda effy for me. I sat in one and I cannot stress enough how much space the boxy shape gives. I swear it has more room than my dad's Suburban in some ways. I never understood why Toyota was disappointed with the buyer age of Scions. Not many teenagers or early 20 somethings can afford a new car. If they wanted younger buyers they should have made a car under 10 grand which would obviously be impossible. Apparently the lowest age average they got was for the tC, which the average was early 30s. Cars are definitely not designed with young people in mind. It's significantly worst now. I always forget there was stuff like the Dodge Nitro and the Ford Flex. I just got driven in a Nitro yesterday and it was definitely a box. Also plastic fantastic.

Well Scion was created for a a youth market...and it didn't attract enough of them eventually to warrant having a sub brand still. Everyone knew they were Toyotas anyway lol. I had nothing against the 2nd gen XB, it's just the youth then loved the first ones. Some even bought JDM parts to make it look like a BB LOL. Toyota was kinda slow releasing new exciting products for the brand. The Subaru built 86 was good...but too niche to carry the brand.
