i agree with your thoughts about why you show the process of the builds and even your fails, this is the beauty KZbin you have time to show that stuff and explain how and why you do stuff. I've learned and enjoyed more from this than people who just pop builds up and call it done, those feels more like they should be on Tik Tok or something. :)

As an Australian, if you are coming to Australia, stay away from sydney, its bloody expensive, come to melbourne, go to the ABC bar at the train station, check out chapel street and grab a drink, the laneways are beautiful, make a trip to Geelong and Torquay to see the beaches, Torquays beaches are literally the best in the world and its wear brands like Oakley, Quicksilver, Ripcurl, Billabong, Ghanda, Roxy and Cotton on came from, lots of dope clothes and lots of great places to eat. Drive the Great Ocean road, see the otways, a real rainforest and see the waterfalls, have a swim in them if you like. Go to the MCG the biggest sporting arena in the world and see a game of AFL, the Geelong Cats are my team and we would welcome you with open arms. Come eat an Australia classic, the chicken Parmi, drink a can of foster, or furphy, go to the zoo and pat a kangaroo. Drive down to adventure park, its a huge water park near Geelong and its super cheap to get in compared to the big ones in queensland. That said, go to queensland and check out the parks they are amazing, people who have been to them and disney land say they are better than disney land :D

I'm happy that you are choosing to build the way you want too. I really enjoy your process. I like the Hermits who explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. I don't mind a good time lapse either. I'm sad when a Hermit says I'm going to build this then cuts to a finished product. I understand time is an issue in a video but I really enjoy the process. That is how I learn is by watching you guys then turning it into my own. Here is a fun curiosity: Where did you get your nickname xBCrafted? What inspired your character skin? Does it look like you or not even close? I just enjoyed the "shock" to see like Cubfan look way different then his character skin or Mumbo etc. I chose a skin that kind of looks like me if you see in my thumbnail. It is the one on the right side in green. The other character is my daughter. MC is a wonderful way for us to bond and enjoy each other. Thank you again for your content. I really enjoy your videos. I'm grateful to HCCBS in helping me find you.

The specific idea the style of building you do - which I've commented on to people interested in making - is how things used to be is so wild to me. The fast cuts system seems so much more common now. Impulse was talking about how time lapses mean that 4 hours of work becomes 40 seconds of content.

As to wanting to see a builder's process -- definitely. I couldn't care less about timelapses of flawless execution (when we all know they have schematica or something open anyway) -- nothing against timelapses, they're better than a building just appearing, but that's not what I really want to see. The interesting part is the design, how they arrived at the final result, what mistakes they made, why they were mistakes (or at least suboptimal). Alas very few well-known people on HermitCraft or anywhere else do this anymore. As to 1.17; I'm playing the snapshots and the new cave generation (adjusted to the existing world height) is in the official datapack, so you won't have to wait until December for that -- you could play it today. Yeah, the world height remains the same, but I gotta say, the change in generation is still massive; it has completely changed the way I explore and mine. The only thing I am really missing at this point are the lush caves.

Love the video tour. It's always good to see then from tine to time. I also like your style of building too where it's you pretty much build through the whole video and chatting to us viewers as you do it. Yeah I know there's a bit of editing and small about of cutting but it's basically you building andbshowing us how you do it. It's like if a build inspires me and infant to build it myself in my own Minecraft world than I'd like to know how to build it and not cut, edit cut, cut, and it's done. With your videos I can see how it's built from the inside out and I know where every block is placed and how it was placed there.

I've been asking for copper for 5 years, so as soon as they released it in snapshot I took the risk and started a new world on snapshots. Currently playing on 20w51a because they removed geodes in a few of the later snapshots and I have been using calcite as well. Luckily I back up my worlds. Heh

@@liamengram6326 Huh? Geodes never went away, they've just become rarer (a good thing; they were much too common). Oh wait, are you on Bedrock? Then AFAIK they're available through Experimental Gameplay. Good of you to back up your worlds. It's seriously not much of a risk to play a snapshot; as long as you make a backup before every upgrade, and never downgrade. I've played snapshots ever since they became a thing, and I've not corrupted a world of mine yet. Java that is, I don't play much Bedrock. The copper is so much better than I imagined them implementing it once they got around it. I love it.
