What is your BGA profile like? How long did it take to melt the chip off?

Takes me about 9 minutes for the full profile to run. 6 minutes to get the board to 180 using lower heat and remaning 3 to bring it to 220-225 using top heat to lift the chip.

It's a stock 360 CPU, the only difference it's never had a dashboard update applied. Part of the Xbox security, each time the console updates, it blows a fuse, preventing a modder from being able to revert to an older dash version that may be exploitable.

You can blow fuses on a 0 fuse console (frowned upon) but can't do it in reverse on any other CPU.
