XBOX LIVE GOLD PRICE DOUBLES | Here Is The SOLUTION

Microsoft just announced new pricing with Xbox Live Gold which has double from its previous pricing. That's a hard pill to swallow but they gave you a clue on how to get a better deal if you pay attention. I'll give you the tips here.

Update for July 4th 2024: they did not backtrack and in fact stuck with the bad pricing. The right to have basic access to online multiplayer was doubled from $60 a year to $120. You have no rights to a cheaper option with basic online multiplayer: you are absolutely forced to pay $10-$16.99 a month for game pass.

It works for a while but the change is still going to come. What are you going to do after those 3 years are up. Not to mention they just made you pre-pay for them.

@@barcster2003 GPU will probably be atleast $30 a month by then too. I’m not looking forward to it. I got 3 years of gold to avoid $15 a month. GPU doesn’t even offer bulk discounts. You pay same if you buy month, 3 month or year. $180 a year

Yes you can use the cards for now but I can't imagine Microsoft isn't going to change those.

So xbox live Gold Jack up the Price.. instead of 3 free Games of Month it should be 4 free Games Month

Game pass is the better deal as you get 100+ games to play, still get games with gold and you get pc, mobile and console options
