This is an old video but still EXCELLENT point made. If its an "all in one" machine why can't it play your 360 and Xbox original games? People say "if you want to play your old games just keep the old console.." well that's a great idea except Xbox 360s are not going to be likely to still be working in 5 years. Microsoft have no sense of direction. They keep saying "Mobile is the future" but shovel out yet another release of Windows every few years. I'm just glad I swore to never replace my Original Xbox as long as it was still working. 250GB HDD, still on its original DVD drive, got 3 spare Xbos to transfer the HDD+games to in case my good one dies.
