1920x1080 medium details should run quite good at 6700xt and ryzen 5 5600x and its quite affordable

If that's the baseline medium 1080p, you can probably drop a few settings lower and go for something like a Ryzen 5 3600 and 5700XT . And that's a really affordable build. Also, people forget just how good games can look at medium settings in UE 5.
