LOL - well the underground lava IS coming from the dwemer structures buried deep beneath the ground, which would explain the "hot springs" :) And now I simply HAVE to figure out how to add a sliding door for the master closet ... nothing like giving me a challenge, thanks Ryant1um! LOL! You missed the feature display in the basement, where you have multiple options on what you would like to display on the large rectangular pedestal - your category choices include Dragons - Dwemer - Animals and there are sub-categories to each. Love your homes. Eagle one still my favorite cause of the outdoor spa upstairs. Only suggestion would be either better lighting or diffrent background to where artifacts are displayed they kinda blend in with wall and hard too see, not only this house but your other homes as well. Still your one of my favorite home modders

My Sister Leianne built this mod and was incredibly proud of it and thrilled so many gamers got to enjoy it. Sadly my sister passed away a few weeks ago from lung Cancer April 20th, 1962 - July 19th, 2023 and she is very sadly missed. But on her behalf I hope you all really enjoy her work, it was her life's passion to create these mods for all of you to experience and enjoy. Leianne G’s homes are absolutely beautiful. It’s so fun to use her ingredients to make new food recipes and then sit down and enjoy the meal. Changing the bed colours by making new blankets, and making soap for the shower is cool. It just adds a lovely flavour. ❤️

It's great to have you back doing showcases (I admit I'm not a big live stream kind a guy, so that's my pathetic excuse of being absent 😉). Been a little bit of an disloyal tomato and watch a lot of videos by another KZbinr showcasing Skyrim home mods. She is great, only downside is that she plays on PC and therefore many mods that she showcases and are incredible aren't available on Xbox. But should be. Or at least give you as a mod author an idea. Sadly I'm not a mod author, I lack the equipment and probably the skill (?). Anyway, yes, Winterview. The one with the puzzling layout (the mod author explained it to me why thus is the case) - it's a bit of a, "yeah but mod" for me, part of me says "nah", the other part says "you should rethink of using it".

I am always partial to Sjel Blad, but once you are established in Skyrim, this would be a great home to move in and put some things you collected in. A beautiful house. very well made and very cosy. Would be great for role playing. Really like the kitchen area and the collection basement. Think there could be more storage for those odds and ends everyone ends up with before selling them and of course needs a library for the book collection. Overall very nice though. Great to have your home showcases back. These will make Saturdays something to look forward to again.

Oh joy and you're right next to the Raldbthar entrance to Blackreach, isn't THAT a calming thought! At least the house is nice, so I could probably get past the imminent danger of Falmer that may or may not arise. To me, tea and coffee do make sense in the Elder Scrolls, after all on the Summerset Isles they have coconuts, so why not have tea from High Rock and coffee beans from Elsweyr! Whoa an automatic turn on faucet, now THAT'S thinking like a Dwemer! Ryan, really, "Where's the lava coming from," you're literally SITTING on top of Blackreach. I love it, I want it, I need to live in it as my main Skyrim home.

@@RYANT1UM yeah, I'm enjoying the video, but I'm not a fan of the mod. I love exterior and the design of the area, especially the location on the map, but all her interiors feel too open for me. I'm more of a "Winter Cove" kinda guy.

@@RYANT1UM Okay, I've finished the video. Here're my thoughts and opinions on the house, providing 3 pros and 3 cons, and then a final verdict: Cons: 🚫 It's too openplan. I like my walls and I like things to be compact and fit the viking theme. If something is to be open like that, make it a longhouse and detail the heck out of it. 🚫 It's not warm enough. For the location it's in, those uncovered wood and stone floors would provide little shelter, and the walls have almost no insulation against the cold. Not to mention it's actually quite large, with very few walls so keeping the place warm with its few fireplaces would be next to impossible. 🚫 Too much artifact storage. I don't like my houses to feel like a man of high society crossed with "the collector" from pokémon 2000. That much space being used up for a display in a setting like this is a ridiculous display of wealth. Pros: ✅ The Location is nice, easy access to a major city, probably only a day's ride away if we scaled the distance up to lore proportions. The exterior is well designed and I love the hotspring. ✅ Great farming. A small group of new things to farm, new craftables, ect ✅ Attention to detail is great, with tons of wonderful little features. Final Verdict: Honestly, while I understand why many people would like this home, for me personally, this ain't it chief. The details are nice, but it doesn't feel like a real house. Anyway, that's my review.

I now have to let other players know , this is a beautiful mod home , BUT , it is not functional … I am missing weapons , paragons , ingredients , etc!!! We love beauty but let’s face it .. Skyrim is a huge game and our rewards for completing caves , dungeons , or what have you , these rewards are needed .. this mod does not keep our items safe !! Players think twice about this mod and definitely check the others .. you can place your items anywhere on the display tables in the basement or the ingredient sort chest .. soon you won’t have them anymore !!! You’ve lost your items !! If anyone knows where they go please respond .. I’d like to have my items back !!
