This seems like a fabulous boat. But as a mobile home there are a few options and features that seem missing. Oven hood. As another pointed out, microwave. A swinging VESA mount at the Nav station to make it a true workstation. The electric motor seems "trapped" by the inverter, is that the case? The owner should be able to maintain most of the vessel without a shipyard. A linear actuated monitor accommodation on the starboard side of the saloon (but I love the ability to recline the seat backs in the saloon, hopefully there are two?). I would love to go to Europe, buy one of these, sail the Med., then sail back to the US and further in one of these. Hopefully my $TSLA stock affords that possibility one day.

Wet locker very good and shower area's are a big plus with good headroom.
