Ok...3 years into XC racing and I still have no clue what the extra "C" stands for in XCC. "C" stand for..."short track" 🤔 I feel rather dumb so hopefully someone can help me, Google is a wash

Disgusted for Nino Schurter, cause he should've win this year his 10th overall (with 9 titles he's anyways already 2 above the 2nd best of History). He was leading after 5 of the 8 week-ends of this season, but then, he decided to withdraw the 6th in order to have more chances to perform at the Olympics, and Fatherly profited that Schurter missed 330 possible points (if he won both races there) to take the lead. Nino passed 2nd. But, bad luck yesterday in the Lake Placid XCO, a flat tire (as it often happens to him) while he was in the head of the race, and so, he's now "only" 4th and can't anymore win the overall.

Without the T Schwarzbauer, cause in german, the letter Z is pronounced TS, so, no need to add a T, but u have to pronounce it even if it doesn't exist. Happy that the GOAT (by far, owning ALL AND EVERY record of this sport) Nino Schurter won, in front of Colombo and Guerrini... oh no, it was in my dream; those 3 Swiss guys anyways finished top 8 and will so start from the 1st line tomorrow the XCO's race; like 3 Swiss women, who did better with the victory of the 2021 world champion (1st ever) of the discipline, Sina Frei, also olympic's vice-champion that year behind the other Swiss Jolanda Neff and in front of the 3rd Swiss Linda Indergand, for this historical and unique all 1 nation olympic's podium in any bike's discipline at the Games in all History.

So this is what XC racing has come to? This is pitiful what a pathetic coarse. You might as well save the money and put them back in California on the actual Laguna Seca Raceway track and not even the XC course of the sea otter. Again pathetic. By the way I erased MTB marathon and cross country for 30 years.

We used to have these races the day before the main race on a short circuit just as a warm up and look it how fucked up this stuff is now and sorry for these racers that train for this crap. Might as well just do gravel. I know many I know many do. All should with this sorry crap.
