Vipers must have been a pain to rig. They did a good job with all of the xenos, although faceless could have a little more shoulder and less gut. Otherwise everything looks amazing

This game and Enemy Unknown both had such incredible animations. They thread this really fine line between cartoonish dramatized due to exaggerated and grotesque character proportions (Peter Chung's work comes to mind, who also inspired much of the original X-Com's artwork), as well as elegant and believable animations and environmental interactions for more human characters. I can't commend you guys enough, incredible stuff!

briliant work with the vipers, especially since there isnt much to go on for the non humaniods. the viper are the new fuck this shit like crysalids were in EW. the faceless taking a shot and bouncing back is awsome too, as well as the troopers flying when shot. i only wish the faceless would scale up instead of popping in when appearing from humans. but you barrely notice that in game
