To create your very own custom binaural beat sleep track, make a playlist of videos for your desired sleep length.
Example: 8 hours: Start with Sleep Cycle A, followed by B, then C, D, E, and R.
You can add Cycle W (Awaken) to the end of any playlist for an optional 10-minute wake-up to bring you into the alert Beta state.
SAMPLE PLAYLISTS:
6 hours: • Sleep Cycle A (90 Minu...
7 hours: • Sleep Cycle A (90 Minu...
8 hours: • Sleep Cycle A (90 Minu...
9 hours: • Sleep Cycle A (90 Minu...
LIST OF ALL TRACKS TO MAKE YOUR OWN PLAYLIST:
Cycle "A" - • Sleep Cycle A (90 Minu...
Cycle "B" - • Sleep Cycle B (90 Minu...
Cycle "C" - • Sleep Cycle C (90 Minu...
Cycle "D" - • Sleep Cycle D (90 Minu...
Cycle "E" - • Sleep Cycle E (90 Minu...
Cycle "F" - • Sleep Cycle F (90 Minu...
Cycle "G" - • Sleep Cycle G (60 Minu...
Cycle "R" - • Sleep Cycle R (30 Minu...
Cycle "W" - • Sleep Cycle W (10 Minu...
COMBINATIONS:
There's a whole pile of combinations you can use!
Very short (not recommended):
3 hours: AF

I'm having such a hard time with YT cutting out during the night, so I just went and bought all the tracks on gumroad. My sleep has improved so much that I feel like a different person in the mornings now. I'm going through an extremely rough patch in life, and I honestly don't know how I could handle it without the improved sleep. Thank you so much.

Hey Jody Would you consider adding a constant bassy heartbeat to your sleep tracks that mimics it slowing down to a sleeping heart rate? I do love your videos and I notice it does help me sleep more cycles (more often in a single night), but I can never achieve anywhere near 5 hours of bad sleep due to loud neighbor noises jolting me awake. I have to play your 8 hr sleep with another music track (with a beat) to make things semi working in order to phase out any sudden noises; my latest experiment led to trying your track with heartbeat background which seems promising. If I remember right, there were studies linking heartbeat to a calmer, faster, restful sleep state? You are on to a fantastic sleep aide here that's better than many I've tried, and can readily made even better for those of us that needs an option to some form of outside noise cancelling while listening to your binaural sleep track.

Your binaural beats tacos are the best so far m really resembling sleep pattern and not a dumb plain frequency that would damage patterns (like most on KZbin) (not to mention chakra and things like that). Also you understand that you can't mix thousand of sounds or the resultin6frequency would be a mix of those creating something different ( a mix of binaural and monoaural things that wouldn't be too synch anything). You are the best so far I've found. I've done my binaural/monoaura/isochronic tones since 20 years ago yours are great. I'm grateful for your variations too and if you understand how lucid dreaming works on sleep pattern you can use it to have strong rem sleep phases to help out to trigger lucid dreams. I do have problems with those vids thou. Carrier frequency is too low and don't play well (or too low). Using headphones while sleeping is not comfortable so I use a mixed mono on my phone to convert binaural to monoaural to avoid needing headphones ( that works well) but the carriers are too low and speakers don't work well such low frqs and resulting minister sounds lower (my solution so far is the porch and full volume but that makes sound "glitchy". It would be awesome if you make a higher pitch version (not too high to be annoying). To avoid the huge vid with tons of franes you could always just leave a static image with the graphic (viewers will be asleep anyways). Also you could make isochronic tones ( although they are harsher to hesr brainwave sync is better and 1 speaker). Or a mix of f binaural/monoaural+ isochronic. That would give a wider use-case-scenarios to viewers and a stronger BW synch. (Just suggestions but survivor of you can do so eventually) Thanks for everything. You are great and you do a very professional job!

Thank you for creating the segments that we can assemble into our own sleep cycles. My schedule and body does real well with 7 hour nights and 1 or 2 8 hour nights. 1) I bought the Megapack. I'm not seeing the A, B, C,D.... options. Am I missing something? I "build" a couple of my own playlists on YT and it worked nicely but I don't see those options in the Megapack. I tried a playlist of using the Advanced Sleep in sequence but I found the jump into alpha disturbed my sleep. 2) These really do the job. I sleep really soundly. And then I had a night when I was awake and restless for about 90 minutes. I had include the Focused Study by mistake in my play list.

I'm confused. On your 8h sleep video you said it was experimental and not really recommended because it was too long, and the ideal length would be around 90 min and then let the brain to their thing. Now you're saying that 3hs isn't recommended for being too short and 7hs to 9hs are the recommended. Can you clarify this a little? I'm very curious. I tried the power nap and it was incredible!
@bestbinauralbeats
@bestbinauralbeats 4 жыл бұрын
The "too short" and "too long" refers to the total sleep amount (whether using beats or not). Even though I've provided many hours of sleep tracks (if people want to use them), I personally don't go longer than 90 minutes. But I'm weird like that. ;)

What you want is a wireless earphone with bluetooth capabilities coupled with/or soundproofing earmuff that goes around the ears (preferably with ones that are less of a semi circle and more flat). If you don't want to spring money for a good wireless headphone (there's a samsung galaxy earbuds plus that's 11 hrs if I remember right for around $100 plus, make sure to get ones with longer battery power) you could go with wired earphones + earmuffs. The sound blocking earmuffs tends to be more sturdy and stays on much better than regular headphones since they're built to be used outdoors, that and getting used to sleeping with them on.

I got a burning question for everyone here. How are you guys listening during sleep? With headphones or through a speaker? It's my understanding that they work best through stereo sound left and right ear, for the brain to interpret the clashing frequencies. I've used wireless earphones but I always roll over to my side and wake up or have one fall out. I've been thinking of setting up two speakers on each side playing stereo sound, but I wonder if the desired effects will work at all.

How about if I just need a sleep for only 1 hr? Do i only have to watch the binaural beats that you made that is good for 60 mins only?
@bestbinauralbeats
@bestbinauralbeats 4 жыл бұрын
In the middle of the day, you mean? 60 minutes is a bit of an odd number, it's too deep for a power nap, and too short for a proper sleep cycle.

There isn't a clear line between "Beginner" and "Advanced" -- binaural beats affect everybody differently. Some people who try "Advanced" right away report headaches and nightmares, whereas others can jump right in without any problems. It's entirely up to you, I tend to be a bit more on the careful/paranoid side of things. ;)

How do I use these to their fullest potential? I listened to the beginner and 90 min track for 2 days and it worked ok but then I switched to an 8 hour track and I can honestly say I sleep better without the binaural beats than with them. Any suggestions? Should I keep using them? My sleep isn't terrible but its not good either. I'm just trying to improve my overall health.
@bestbinauralbeats
@bestbinauralbeats 4 жыл бұрын
Personally, I prefer to play just one track to get me started, then let my brain do its own natural thing for the rest of the night. If you're finding the 8-hour track is making your sleep worse ... well, I'd stop using it. :)

I'm not sure what the question is ... these are all based on the human sleep pattern, which follows a specific sequence of stages. Perhaps the "full length" version of this video will answer your question better?

Foggy because You're waking up in the dip of Your sleep cycle of You're circadian cycle. If You woke up 20 to 45 min earlier (if your cycle was 90min peak to peak) you'ld have less sleep but wake up feeling more refreshed. App is called "sleep for android" All the best

You put them in a playlist and then it'll play them in order. The only thing that could screw things up is if you ever stopped one of them in the middle and just quit out. The next time you play that one, youtube will think you want to resume the video from where you left off.

Can i split my day of sleep example 1 cycle of 3hour af Later in the day/night A 6.5 hour cycle ABCDR day = 9.5 hours in 2 split cycles Also how do i sleep without breaking my headset or headphones bcause my headphones stopped working since ive slept with them do you think my headset will be damaged as well ? Its a blutooth one so at least i dont have to worry about stomping cables.
@rasmuskp93
@rasmuskp93 3 жыл бұрын
if you have trouble breaking headphones id suggest getting a pair of regular in ear ones, wired or bluetooth (risk of falling out and you spending half an hour looking for them) or getting those sport bluetooth headphones that not only sits in your ear like the regular in ear but is hooked around your ear. you'll never be completely safe of them falling out but a regular big headset have a much greater risk of breaking if you sleep on them

NO. I love all this info you provide & the binaural beats. HOWEVER, I am also very experienced w ultra sensitivity that I discovered can trigger me into very bad mental illness episodes. If the headphones, phone & videos are not synced for MY personal brain frequencies...I have these reactions.. PLEASE put more disclaimers...WARNINGS on your video's that there could be negative reactions. It all seems harmless...however, as with Everything including 'sound therapy', Be cautious. @@gerardo49078 Disclaimer from ME. Personally, I am Ultra sensitive & easily over-stimulated. A Master Creator. Negative & positive...lol. Here, I am a messenger...a voice in the wilderness, just as YOU ARE, also. Initially I thought Binaural Beats were the greatest. However, I soon discovered when not calibrated correctly they triggered a severe bi-polar anxiety episode in me. (to be fair there were other contributing factors). My sincere hope was that they would calm me. But, instead it escalated into months before I realized this method of healing was contributing negatively. Binaural Beats are similar to any sensory method. Sound therapy is only one. Everything produces Vibration. They do influence us. External mechanical devices stimulate our organic brains & body. Our subconscious mind does not know the difference between a Real or Imagined experience. Different headphones & equipment produce different tones & vibrations to the brain. We are designed to BE manifestors & Genius Creators. A sound, a vibration, a rhythm can create a visual image or feeling. In turn all systems of the body react & participate. Like the waves of the ocean are affected by weather & gravitational pull or a pebble dropped in a pond creates ripples, stimulating everything around it's orb. Just like any other method to help, there can be positive or negative side effects. Even professional counselors in talk therapy, can induce or open doors & not have the experience or skill to re-ground someone Before the appt. is over. Excusing someone in a state not conducive to their best interest can be dangerous. (again, MY personal experience). I'm not saying the beats are not magnificent tools. I'm just saying be conscious & aware of possible experiences that may need to be confronted & re-framed. I'm trying to encourage people to BE PRESENT, Responsible & Wise in their Choices. Use your gut feeling, your Intuition to Know what method works for you. It's trial & error to Learn anything. It's a process to see what works for YOU. I suggest whatever method you decide to use or create...set your Intention that it Does work for YOU. Let the Eternal Universal God guide you for Your Ultimate Highest Good & His Purposes in Jesus name. Amen = So it IS & it IS so. Namaste = The Spirit within me bows to the Spirit within you.🙏⚘ Please recieve the blessing to BE Peace, tranquility, serenity, balance, calm, comfort, courage & bliss. Ah! I didn't realize that pre-scheduling the release of videos would automatically set them to "private." They're back to "unlisted," you should be able to access all of them again. Sorry about that!
