Fitz Leicester I agree. I got these guys for their stand-alone ability should my Mac die on me at a wedding (and I hate the touch strips for nudging tracks) but I still prefer my D2’s. especially now that I’m using the remix decks and step sequencer inside Traktor.

Hello! Check the latest Traktor update (3.5)! The backspin issue you describe in 4:50 arose when implementing the CDJ-3000 in this newest version, and thanks to you describing this issue I reported it while collaborating, and has apparently been solved/is in their radar already 😇👍🏻

greetings Mate. i have macbook m2pro / traktor pro 3 and cdj1000 mk2 but they only see each other as sound card. When I plug it in like the Nexus2000s, I can't check it right away. I have to do every control from the computer, including play and cue. I guess I couldn't figure out the mapping. can you help me?

I don't believe there's any way to configure the HID settings. Physical buttons can be MIDI mapped, but I haven't done this since the HID integration was put in place, so I'm not sure how it would affect it.

Hi! I'm having issues connecting my XDJ-1000mk2 with the Traktor Pro 3.3 software. Just tried several times doing the same as you but it won't work. Any idea any other way I can do it? Thank you!

I'm not sure to be honest with you. Are you running the latest version of TP3 (I know you installed it, but maybe you're running the past version?)? Alternatively, you could try starting up Traktor first, then when it's loaded up, turn on the XDJ's and hopefully they'll link up. Also, they need to be connected VIA USB cable, not the CAT5 network cable.

I never did. If I had to venture a guess though, I would say it's more of a processor issue, unless you're using the sound card in the xdj's, then it could be something else entirely. I unfortunately don't have these units anymore to provide more info.
