Fr, it's using the cloud , also it's not optimised on android that's why it reloads, it reloads on my s24u too even if I don't have even 10 apps open wich proves it's about the app and not the phone. There's app i can open 40 of them and none reload and theres some apps i can open 10 of them and they will all reload because they aren't optimised , Spotify for example, it refreshes no matter what , and on the other hand there's apps like KZbin and telegram that never ever refresh or reload on me

This year the wife and I went with foldable phones coming from 5 year old iPhones. I bought right out a Samsung Z Fold 6 1TB and Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 512GB. So far so good, we can't go back to a regular slab phones again. I also just built a new NAS server with 120TB that houses all our files, photos, videos, calendar, security camera feeds, notes, etc. We do watch a lot of videos on our mobile devices but I personally use my PC with dual Samsung Neo G9s ( 57" and 49" ) powered by an RTX 4090 and AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D when I'm home. If I'm out of the house, the screen real estate of my Pixel 9 Pro Fold is an amazing experience. I do not get eye strain like before with my old iPhone 11 Pro Max. Can't wait for next year to see what Samsung and Google will offer to succeed our new phones.

S24 ultra did great for being 9 months older than the 16pro max, and being that the 16pro max chip is a 3nm, which should be faster than the 8 gen 3, which is a 4nm chip.the smoothness when scrolling was much better and smother on the s24 ultra. Animation to me doesn't mean a thing to me. I turn off all animations on my phone, which makes it much snappier than with it on. Let's see how the 16pro max will do against the s25 ultra when it has the 3nm snapdragon gen4😮

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a Samsung S24 Ultra. I usually use the iPhone for gaming and for cinematic videos. I know the S24 Ultra has 8K, but I still notice better quality videos on the iPhone with only 4K. The sound is definitely a huge selling point for the iPhone, but the S24 Ultra sounds pretty good as well. In terms of connectivity, I prefer the S24 Ultra. It has a better Wi-Fi band and better reception antenna. You will notice a huge difference if your Wi-Fi signal is low. On the iPhone, you will struggle to use the internet, but on the S24 Ultra, you will have decent speeds. The S24 Ultra has outstanding AI features, while the iPhone has some, but only in beta versions limited to the US and is not as user-friendly as on the S24 Ultra. In terms of photos, the S24 Ultra is better, but the iPhone 15 Pro Max is not bad. It is actually better if you set your camera to automatic. On the Samsung, you need to choose manually between 50, 100, or 200 MP, but the automatic setting is 12 MP. So, there is a difference if you just take a photo by taking your phone out of your pocket. Amaizing devices and I'm sure the new iphone is more advanced that 15 pro max but I can't afford another phone so expensive, I better buy a new car with a little more financial effort. 😂😂😂

Being able to scroll farther is not “down to optimisation,” it is just a setting (which is not accessible to us) for scrolling sensitivity. The OpenAI test is also useless, since the performance is not due to the phone, but due to a server queue. The LLMs obviously don’t run locally. There is NO AI performance test here. Some accuracy on the actual content of elementary tests would be appreciated. Heavy lifting like rendering videos (which is done locally on the CPU/GPU) and keeping apps open are actual tests which relate to real world use, as is gaming.
