All I remember from this episode is how awkward it was that they showed a clip of the previous Solan actor just seconds before introducing a new one. And Solan wasn't supposed to know that Xena was his mother.

In the bitter suite episode. Xena was singing to Gabrielle and Stolen towards the end. To get through the waterfall. Xena had to tell the truth she's been keeping to herself. To Gabrielle about how she lied about killing some guy in chin and to Stolen about keeping the truth about herself being Stolen mother. Xena was singing for them to forgive her for her lies. She sung to Stolen about how he never knew she was his mother. How if she'll known their time was short she'll have been there. So yes Stolen does know Xena's his mother.

It really pissed me off that they didn't have the original actor play the role of Solan that was his role. The original actor who played Solan was starting to look too old for his part. So they hired the same actor from Hercules that played the Druid of knowledge

He was replaced because his character was dead and was in the afterlife where you stop aging. The boy who originally played Stolen was too old to play him as Stolen's character had died a few years back. So they had to get another young actor to play him.

@@Bardim18 I have seen some parents a father and mother favoring one child over the others in some shows I've watched. But given who Xena is. I don't think she favored one child over the other. She did love them equal. Xena just had more time with Eve to show her love. Even if she did miss Eve's childhood. The only reason Xena wasn't able to keep and raise Stolen was because of a curse Alti put on her unborn son. But There are parents whom has favorits. But I don't think Xena is one of them. Some may think she favors Eve. But that's because she's able to show more love for Eve. With Stolen she thought she had to decent from her son in order to protect him. But after he died she regrated that she didn't spent more time with Stolen. That she wasn't a better mother. So she tries to not make the same mistake with Even. Though Xena missed watching her daughter grow. She did reunite with her later on and was able to be the mother Eve desterve. Stolen was taken from her before she was able to take him under her wing and raise him as she would've done from the beginning if not for Alti. I wish Stolen did survive a little longer. I would've like to see him traveling with Xena and gabrielle for a bit.

Some souls are too evil even for Tartarus and some souls are too good even for The Elysian Fields. The souls too wicked for Tartarus get sent to Hell and the souls too good for Elysian Fields get sent to Heaven.

Tbh I remembered that heaven and hell replaced tartaros and the elysian fields in season 4. Had completely forgotten that they went back to the Greek afterlife in season 5. But season 5 was such a mess anyway so 🤷‍♂️

Where someone goes depends on their beliefs. Remember when Xena was looking for Gabrielle in the afterlife, Hades asked her if she had a different faith. She was an Amazon so if she was dead she would go to their afterlife. This is before Eve is born so Hades still exists. It's not until after he dies that Eli's god would probably take the souls from Hades for new judgments for heaven or hell.

@@xenondoro8573 that's mostly because Callisto had no beliefs, she just wanted to seize to exist. So she wouldn't go to Tartarus, and reincarnation was treated as a reward. Callisto going to hell and becoming a demon seemed very fitting knowing she was practically a demon on earth.

Yes Xena had a son with the warlord Barius. Barius died as he was born and she gave him to the centers to raise as she was not yet ready to change her evil ways and was afraid her enemies would use him against her and harm him. See the episode " Orphan Of War"
