Kevin Smith played not only Ares, but also the God of Love in the alternative reality called Otherworld and he also played Hercules half brother, Hephicles (may have spelled that name wrong lol) Michael Hurst not only played Iolaus but a female dance instructer and fashion designer, and the boat demon guy of the Underworld. He also had a small role as an unknown character in the beginning of "Hercules In the Underworld". Lucy Lawless also played 2 other characters as well in the Hercules show and the first Hercules tv movie "Hercules and the Amazon Women", along with Xena
