Xencelabs 16-inch 4K Pen Display Hands-On and Test

I'm glad I got this unconditional review opportunity from Xencelabs. It's a very sincere product with great material and pen performance. I'm really excited to see a Chinese brand come out with such a well finished product! This is the world's first 16-inch 4K resolution pen display. In the future, the small size of the pen display of each brand will evolve into OLED screen, I believe so.

I am interested in this product. I'm struggling with wacom cintiq pro 16, which do you think is better? What I consider important is the quality of the image and the writing quality of the pen.

I recommend the Xencelabs one, especially if you are concerned about the sound of the fan inside the machine.The Xencelabs one does not have a built-in fan. It's very quiet. It's pen performance is similar to Wacom's. And this one is much thinner and lighter.

I feel huion did better with the 19 inch, touch, 4k and bigger screen for the same price... the xp pen 16 pro is good enough at this size imo

Huion products are much more cost effective. But excluding the price, Xencelabs is better: better pens, better selection of materials, and more careful overall product development. If it were me and I had the budget, I'd go for the Xencelabs. Expensive, naturally, there are reasons to be expensive.

@@user-ez1jj3gh5c as a digital artist I argue you don't need huge bezels. People keep saying they need to rest their hand, but why? if they are drawing or constantly need to click menus in the corner that's a problem with efficiency. On a large tablet 24+ there is so much space that's not necessary. Maybe traditional painters need bezels, or people who don't use references. When these large 24-27" have double use as second monitors, oversized bezels look extremely outdated, blocks view of other monitors, takes up space for books etc. 24" with thick bezels is the same size as Wacom 27 pro... wacom has the right idea making 2mm thin bezels. Better option is to include mounting screws for "trays", to put books, phone, keyboard or rest your hand but if the bezel is too large then you can't take it away
