Billy Mitchell seems very happy to pull the trigger on filing these frivolous lawsuits. Wonder when the guy is going to realize that if he keeps it up, he's gonna end up destitute because lawsuits ARE NOT CHEAP

You'd think, but he's just filed so damn many of them. People have speculated that he either knows personally / has lawyer ties in his family so gets them cheaper somehow? On top of that, despite never winning a lawsuit, he usually just sues people who cant afford to fight back and they (potentially) end up having to settle. Maybe they're on some kind of payment plan. It's really weird, and I don't know if anyone actually has the answer. He does have a business, so the man's not completely broke, but still.

@@NastyMick Yeah, pretty sure he's got some big hot sauce business or something, so he's definitely got cash to spend on these lawsuits. You are correct, though: it's the classic "use a lawsuit to bully someone into silence because they can't afford to defend themselves" trick...only more recently he's been going after people that DO have the money to defend themselves, which is why when it goes to court it almost always gets thrown out.

I don't really know how he has money for all this his claim to fame was so long ago and at a time when you didn't really make money off that kinda stuff its not like hes got that streamer money rolling in, I'm sure he gets endorsement deals of some sort he seems charismatic enough to worm his way into something like that but they can't be bringing in that kinda income to keep a lawyer on retainer for all these lawsuits

nah last time he was relevant in the slightest was when G4 tv was running the King of Kong documentary and that was nearly 18 years ago if I recall correctly 2007ish
