Same here. I have ADHD, and I can be really impulsive, which has cost me too many friends. Seeing Pyro lose himself to the same cycle was entertain at least as far as peoples' reactions to him, but it also made me uncomfortable to see myself in his shoes. I believe in accountability, so I think that the blowback he and I have faced in our lives has been necessary, although I continue to hope that we can better ourselves. I'm certainly trying! Wishing you luck on your own journey.

what xeno is saying about lifting weight is very true, 2 years ago i had anger issues and i was a failure at school, people used to bully me when i was a little, and I did alot of stupid shit , more idiotic than you think, then i started lifting weights with my father after that god everything changed to better, my grades in school got better, my mood got better, now i'm more wise, now i think before i do anything, my anger issues which was the most thing that annoyed people is gone, and thankfully i got from 98 kilos to 65 kilos. from 35% fat to 19% fat, all of that thanks to lifting weghts and cardio in conclusion alot of people think about musle and health when they talk about lifting weights, but trust me it affects your mental health more than your physical health.

Sometimes you see somebody, and just immediately dislike their vibe. For some reason though, you still keep paying attention and next thing you know, you're a fanboy. That's Xeno for me. Idk why, I just thought he would be the epitome of a toxic, high end raider. I was wrong, judged too quickly, and now I find myself watching Xeno vids that aren't even about Final Fantasy. I always say contention is healthy in a relationship, both platonic and romantic. It's through conflict that we can grow and learn and become better people. Like tempering a new sword. I wish I could say I believe this is a full redemption arc for him. I sadly don't, but I 100% at least hope it is. I do believe Pyro is a good guy. And he's definitely not dumb, I think a lot of the videos he's made show that fully. But I just don't have the faith that he's better anymore, because I had it before, but I do hope, even if that's the most I can do. I followed his advice and unsubbed as he asked. Both from youtude and twitch. I doubt I'll go back for what feels like a 10th time (granted it's only like a 3rd, but still). And I don't mind him having rage moments. He can crap on the game, the people, the community, FF14 or WoW or anything else. I can't and don't think he's in the wrong for any of that part. But he puts that anger out on people who don't deserve the rage he's throwing at them for completely wrong reasons. And if wants to say it's not him it's the illness, that's fine, but that's just reason to avoid, not reason to believe. I'll just repeat, cause it's all I can do. I hope he improves and get's better. I really want him to succeed. Heck maybe someday I'll even tune in again. But he needs to take care of his problems above all first.
