Never heard this version before. Is this a rehearsal or a studio recording. Also was this an official video but was scrapped?

If I am not mistaken, this video was played on the back drop behind the stage during the song performance at the Xenophobia celebration. That was over 20 years ago but I will never forget that week at Paisley Park.
