It is a good ultimate. But it’s definitely better for PvE use rather than PvP. Because it depends on the player. If you’re someone who isn’t good at managing stamina, then the move isn’t going to be very effective, as you won’t have enough stamina to capitalize and get the most damage you can get. Like it’s high risk high reward. Like you said, if you don’t kill your opponent, yes he’ll have low health, but you now don’t have stamina. And if the opponent is decent, he could capitalize and punish you and possibly comeback.

I just bought final explosion today and I have 9 bars of stamina with the limit burst that boosts your basic attacks while recovering stamina and the super soul boost my ultimates by XXL and I did 50,678 damage but I also have SSGSS evolved and I did it without the limit burst but that did 61,097 but then I used the limit burst and it did 65,274 damage, I’m not even surprised at this point tbh, the game has soooo many broken ultimates and just bugs in general.

I have a frieza race thinnest build; 125 towards ki, stamina, and ki supers; and using +5 QQ Bang for those 3 attributes Did a multiple run test and got these numbers: Base No buff- 32,490 Gold No buff- 42,183 "Before creation" base form-38,879 " Before creation" gold form-48681 "Before creation" gold form+power impact- 53581 "Pathetic" Gold form-51984 "Pathetic" Gold form+power impact-57117 Just realized I missed on with "Pathetic" and base form but oh well lol. Was focused on most common build (before creation+gold) and max damage potential (pathetic+gold+P. Impact)

With my female saiyan build I literally one-shot all characters. Mentors Broly, Beerus, Piccolo, and I think Bardock, have stat trees with more HP than a lvl100 Majin could possibly have; and I eat their health bar, keep the attack going, and kill them again when they get up. EDIT: 72450!!! I uploaded proof.

Super ki explosion is better. Faster start up time and you rarely get your stamina broken trying to use it. On my male Saiyan build... I get my stamina broken about 25-30% of the time I use final explosion in high level pqs... That's awful. Not to mention how wide open you are after using it. I do 22176 damage with super ki explosion with my Frieza race build... Final explosion has a higher overall damage... But in regards to dps which is way more important... Super ki explosion beats it hands down.

no its not. raw damage cones after easy application. mastic flash remains king because it hits like a truck and punishes vanishes. Combine with a fast move like super kamehame ha or black kamehame ha, and you are set to do damage in all circumstances without needing to go with stamina break combos. because if you need those to setup the big boom in the first place, the max damage is irrelevant. also, final explosion is fueled by stamina and stam is something you use. revenge deathball or emperors deathbeam both also hit for massive damage, both use ki which is an easier resource than stam and both can be comboed into pretty reliably. both fire fast enough to be used on knockdowns or knock backs.

Plus everything really depends on your stats. But this skill right here? Not the best option since it takes away your stamina, which will leave you wide open or some cruel punishment.

Have you tried with kaioken? it will make it last longer and breaks your stamina at the end stopping you from dropping to the ground but will do less damage with kaioken
