They'd only add it among a series of special finishing moves that can only be used under certain conditions, such as your opponent being below a certain amount of HP. EDIT: In XV3, I doubt they can/will add it to the existing game.

I know how to make hakai work for CAC'S you need 7 bars of ki it's hard to land it takes all your opponents health if you have less than 1 bar of health then your able to use it but you can only use it once if you miss you can't use it again to prevent spamming
