You say "Brand is going to come from behind me and Yone is going to ult and get his shield" I'm being very nitpicky here, but I am just wondering, would it then not be correct to play closer to the toplane river? You know jax is bot, since he just got two assists there, you see Aatrox in the toplane, yet you hover around botlane river side. It might also just be a force of habit, due to the layout of the map, but I am still wondering about the "correct" way here 🤔 I am not trying to be rude or anything, just curious

For anyone looking to pick Ryze up. E Q-ing is almost never a good option. First of all, it completely griefs your Q passive which gives you a huge MS boost. It can be tempting to E Q on repeat in a team fight since it's not challenging to execute and does decent damage, but if you really want to squeeze all the power out of Ryze, it is almost always better to use 2 E's before you Q. When doing a full standard DPS combo as well (QEQWQEQ) it is best to start off with 2 E's as setup so you get your big MS boost that happens the first time you cast Q. Which is crucial. The movement speed Q gives the ms when you cast, not when you hit. So you use that to go in whether you hit or not, then you get phase rush in the middle of the combo and can use that to get the hell out of Dodge or chase deeper. The funniest thing about the Ryze meme is that it almost can't be more wrong.
