the only way for a veigar to stand a chance against stat check champs like olaf, trundle, warwick, etc is to stand under turret and use spells at max range or use cage and run for your life (note: the second option wont work if they have spells that give them unstoppable and the first option dosent even work half the time cuz they just dive you lvl 6 or smthn) in short i a veigar main cant think of a way to beat a stat check champ without being fed with 3 of 4 kills possibly less if you kite well
