Dave. Looks to be a great start for a new company. They did their homework with the layout of the battery bay for sure and those retainer clips for the servo connectors. Hint Hint to HORIZON - TAKE NOTES If you see this. I know there is not the perfect EDF or prop plane for everybody, but I really like what I’m seeing in the land of RC. Great video Dave. 👍👍

Good vid. Such about shame about the rattle can paint job they did on this. I know it's subjective but it's not a great scheme by modern standards and you can see the lines aren't sharp. Add to that the 1980's serial port connectors and the wrong diameter on the thrust tube. Good attempt by a new manufacturer but I'll wait for version 2. Have fun flying it.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the paint scheme either. It looks better in person. The foam is very smooth, and where the paint is applied you really can’t tell that it’s a foam model. I’m actually a fan of the D Sub connectors. They’re going to hold up well over time, and they didn’t have to reinvent the wheel do implement a proven multi-pin quick disconnect system. It works well. If the thrust tube is incorrectly sized I don’t think most folks will notice, it performs fantastic right out of the box, and my understanding is they are changing the size of the cheater vents to get more airflow into the intake side of the fan unit. I’d say it’s a great first effort for sure. You can certainly tell where the pedigree of this model comes from, and I only expect to see improvements from here. Thanks for watching!
