ALPHAZ ON DECK 🐺🐺🐺 many references to anime in the video. Starting with “Memories” by Katsuhiro Otomo right at the beginning, to Ghost in the Shell (Harvey) and of course a lot of Princess Mononoke. Not forgetting, of course, all the other references, for example: Hungergames, Michael Jackson with Thriller and Moonwalk. Then of course the Matrix. Not to mention all the bars. The three vocals here in the video are the goddess and the rappers are the warriors. There are tiny little scenes in the video that are really hard to see. Pay close attention to the frames between minutes 1:30 and 1:31. just one small thing of many. F I G H T I N G 🐺🐺👽👽 there is also the “behind the scenes” video of the MV. Definitely worth watching The girls embody a theme. They are aliens (space wolves) and have come to Earth. If you watch the videos in the right order (after publication), you can experience the journey. Next please: Woke Up from XG

Their "lore" is that they're intergalactic werewolves who travel to planets and change them in some massive way. The QR code says "PIG". This only started getting really amazing CG wise from "Woke Up" because they now have a famous art director (sorry I can't remember his name) doing their MV's. Subbed for more XG, also they hate being called K-POP because they're not. They've taken many worldwide flavours into their music and this is why they consider themselves X-POP :)

I love how you guys caught the pop culture references e.g. princess mononoke and discuss the cinematography of the MV！ You would love GRL GVＮG and WOKE UP MVs too since it's by the same director, but all XG MVs are visually appealing and unique in their own way

The music video depicts XG coming from outer space🌌 landing on their feet, tearing apart a standardized city where everything is controlled in the same way, transforming it into it own nature, and gradually expanding its power. The work strongly expresses the group strong unity, like a pack of wolves, and their will to change the existing order and world in their own way.
