@@0harris0 it’s a tough call fs. I thought that especially with his foot coming off even though it was after he was already kinda rolling away and didn’t touch the ground, the flair triple whip was way cleaner. Not sure if it had been done before or something, not certain why it didn’t win.

I found myself going back and forth between the two as well. In the end I figured I was a bit biased towards DS because just seemed to land banger after banger, but the contest is "Best trick". So taking that into account I'dd say the win is fair.

In my opinion, Sandoval is the most underrated BMX park rider ever. Nobody gets nearly as much air or speed as he gets. His tricks aren't as "gymnast" as Ryan Williams', but his tricks are just so, elegantly done. He seems to defy gravity every time, it's just wild.
