I feel that the shape of the knuckle killed the creativity in this competition, aspen was more about creativity and style where I feel this was more about rotations. Aspen was sick because keb won and he wasn’t trying to do the most rotations possible. Also having a small field...

while kind of true about Aspen, i felt like zeb was doing underwhelming tricks compared to the others, and really just got the win due to the coffin backflip, as his other tricks were mostly identical to what the others did, except it had less rotations, was more sketchy etc. just because marcus likes adding a lot of spins to his tricks doesnt mean his creativity was lacking, it just means his tricks are more difficult to pull off.

@@Exata1337 I STRONGLY disagree bro. Why even create this event if you didnt want different types of tricks? If your just gonna throw rotations, send it off the kicker and let this event be more creative and fun.

@@zionthedon7745 there were different types of tricks, thats not the point, nor is it a valid argument, as zeb wasnt the most creative of the bunch there, nor was he the most stylish. but for some reason people think that doing a coffin flip makes you the most creative through multiple runs, despite all your other tricks being literal copies of what everybody else did before you, except theirs being more technical and better executed. my point was that zeb did the usual "flashy spinny tricks" like everybody else did as well, except he did them less "flashy" and "spinny", but he basically got a win by default for the coffin flip. ill admit it was among the single most creative tricks of the night, but his entire session? no, not even close to.

To be fair marcus created the knuckle huck which is creative in itself. he deserved the win and shouldent be punished for having technical tricks

@@Exata1337 I think Zeb also won on ramshackle style. If you want to see someone who's under control, that's what all the other events are for. The judges obviously didn't seem inclined to hand it to Marcus who had the slickest, most advanced tricks. They wanted something more offbeat. You want to hand it to the guy who shows you the coffin backflip and then lands a bunch of stuff he looks like he's not gonna land. Nothing wrong with that. If you hand it to the "best" tricks, it gets boring. The judges have to reward goofball energy to make the competition worth watching.

I have been watching a lot of x games snowboard contests for a week now. It has alwasys been a dream of mine to go and snowboard for a time. But watching these videos during the lockdown in my country is having, has me wanting to get on a snowboard more then ever. Inspirating 10/10
